Jiuzhitang Maker (Beijing) Cell Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiuzhitang Maker) was established in March 2018, founded through an investment by the Yonghe Qihang Fund initiated by Jiuzhitang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a time-honored pharmaceutical company with over a century of history (hereinafter referred to as Jiuzhitang, stock code: SZ000989). The company has a registered capital of 200 million yuan and is a biotechnology firm dedicated to the production, research & development, and sales of stem-cell-based pharmaceuticals and regenerative medicine products.
Jiuzhitang Maker has completed construction of Beijing’s first large-scale allogeneic stem cell R&D and production facility at the Daxing Biomedical Base in Beijing, which meets cGMP standards compliant with China, the U.S., and the EU. The facility boasts an office and production area of approximately 4,500 square meters, featuring four independent B+A cleanrooms on its production platform—enabling the manufacturing of clinical-grade stem cells that meet both Chinese and U.S. drug regulatory requirements for clinical applications.
Jiuzhitang Maker has acquired the core technology for scalable, standardized, and traceable clinical-grade stem cell production by introducing the globally advanced, patent-protected low-oxygen BioSmart preparation platform from U.S.-based Stemedica. This platform adheres to U.S. cGMP standards and, while ensuring the safety and efficacy of stem cells, enables world-leading yields in stem cell manufacturing—addressing a critical technical hurdle in turning stem cells into viable pharmaceutical products.

Academic Support
>>Job Responsibilities
I. Training and Outreach
Provide training to agents on industry expertise and sales policies; deliver educational presentations to end customers, covering topics such as product knowledge and introductions, and promptly address any questions they may have. Additionally, take responsibility for creating and updating relevant presentation materials.
II. Product Planning and Design
1. Starting from consumer needs, plan and design products, oversee market research related to the product, conduct feasibility analyses, and develop product concepts, positioning, pricing strategies, and more.
2. Distill product knowledge and key selling points, including core competitive advantages, to craft compelling product DM flyer copy. After the product launch, gather consumer feedback and share it with the sales team to drive product updates and iterations.
3. Responsible for updating product and company information; based on the ongoing collection of market sales data, continuously refine marketing and academic promotion materials tailored to the current product positioning.
3. Sales Support
1. Sales support: promptly provide the necessary documents and materials for sales, and answer questions from sales personnel.
2. Responsible for organizing training materials and promptly providing product training to sales staff and channel partners;
3. Provide biology and medical expertise to support departmental work.
4. Follow-up and Maintenance of Relationships with Partner Physicians, Experts, and Platforms
1. Explore and maintain the company's resources, while following up to foster collaboration;
2. Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, experts, and partners in academic outreach initiatives.
5. Market Research
1. Develop and implement research plans, including analysis of existing products, products in development, newly launched products, and competitive offerings.
2. Organize the regular preparation and publication of competitive product analysis research reports;
3. Conduct analysis and forecasting of target consumer groups' needs and behaviors, providing insights for the sales team's reference.
> Job Requirements
1. Master’s degree or higher in a medical or biological science-related field;
2. Strong learning ability and excellent presentation skills;
3. Possess a solid foundation in English, enabling independent retrieval and organization of international professional literature.
4. Over 2 years of experience as a training instructor in the stem cell industry; well-versed in the stem cell sector, with a keen market sense and strong ability to gather information, plus experience in academic promotion of stem cell products.
5. Possesses strong copywriting skills, interpersonal communication abilities, organizational and coordination skills, as well as a strong team spirit and excellent communication prowess.
6. Passionate about work, proactive, and equipped with excellent teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
7. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as stem cell training instructors or in sales support roles.
Product Manager

1. Starting from consumer needs, systematically plan and design a stem cell-related product line, responsible for conducting market research on the products, analyzing feasibility, and refining strategies such as product positioning, pricing, and packaging.
2. Responsible for preparing reports related to market research, demand analysis, competitive product analysis, and project initiation, and adjusting product operations and marketing strategies based on the findings from these analyses.
3. Accurately identify market demands, strategically plan distribution channels for stem cell-related products—especially stem cell-based cosmetics—and organize both online and offline promotional activities to help achieve sales targets.
4. Communicate with suppliers, develop a project plan, and complete process development for stem cell-related products; ensure product delivery within the agreed timeline.
5. Conduct new product launch marketing, providing creative and strategic support.
> Job Requirements
1. Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher from a full-time program, be no older than 40, and preferably have a background in biology, cosmetics, or a related field.
2. Possess strong literature-searching and reading skills, familiar with the development of stem-cell-based cosmetic products and related offerings, and have comprehensive experience in product design, execution, and marketing planning—along with a proven ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
3. Able to learn proactively, with strong creative, planning & execution, and public speaking/presentation skills;
4. Candidates with experience in stem cell cosmetics or related products will be prioritized.
