The key laboratory in Hunan Province, jointly established by Jiuzhitang Maker, officially kicks off operations.

The "Key Quality Attribute of Products Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory" was successfully launched. Attendees at the launch ceremony included Liao Shenhuan, Party Secretary of the National Pharmacopoeia Committee; Hu Bin, Party Secretary and Director of the Hunan Provincial Institute for Drug Control; Yao Yongmei, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation; as well as Xu Xiangping, Vice President of Jiuzhi堂 Group; Gao Yansong, Vice President of Jiuzhi堂 Group and General Manager of Jiuzhitang Maker; Zhou Yunxi, General Manager of Sichi Pharmaceutical; Wang Lin, Deputy General Manager of Jiuzhitang Maker; and Huang Sheng, Deputy Director of the R&D Center at Jiuzhi堂 Co., Ltd., along with other distinguished guests and leaders. The Key Laboratory of Critical Quality Attributes for Cell Therapy Products in Hunan Province is jointly established by the Hunan Provincial Institute for Drug Control and Testing, the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Jiuzhitang Co., Ltd., and Hunan Yuantai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Guided by the nation’s critical needs in the pharmaceutical sector, the lab focuses on application-oriented basic research. It brings together leading resources from across Hunan Province—including expertise in cell therapy product development, quality control, standardization, and clinical applications—and leverages its multidisciplinary technical platforms and talented workforce to conduct comprehensive, end-to-end quality evaluation studies on the critical quality attributes of cell therapy products.
At the meeting, the first Academic Committee and Management Committee of the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory for Critical Quality Attributes of Cell Therapy Products were established. Gao Yansong, General Manager of Jiuzhitang Maker, was officially appointed as a member of the Academic Committee of the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory for Critical Quality Attributes of Cell Therapy Products. During the academic seminar session, Wang Lin, Deputy General Manager of Jiuzhitang Maker, was invited to deliver an insightful presentation on the challenges associated with stem cell IND applications and market launches, earning high praise from the attending leaders and guests.
