2020-12-23
The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has issued the "Notice on Approving the Establishment of Sub-stations of Campus-Based Postdoctoral Research Workstations by 58 Organizations, Including Beijing Yandong Microelectronics Co., Ltd." (No. Jingrenshe Zhuanji [2020] No. 115). Jiuzhitang Maker (Beijing) Cell Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiuzhitang Maker") has successfully been approved to set up a sub-station of its postdoctoral research workstation, enabling it to carry out postdoctoral activities.
At the Beijing Postdoctoral Work Promotion Conference on December 18, held to support the construction of the "Two Zones," Jiuzhitang Maker was officially awarded its plaque.

Postdoctoral Research Workstation It refers to organizations—such as enterprises, research-oriented public institutions, and specialized regional agencies—that have been approved to recruit and train postdoctoral researchers. These organizations serve as a vital bridge between cutting-edge talent and industry, acting as an effective platform for integrating industry, academia, and research, and thereby enhancing companies' independent innovation capabilities. They play a critical role in attracting and retaining top-tier postdoctoral talent, boosting corporate technological innovation, and accelerating the commercialization of scientific and technological breakthroughs.
It is reported that the evaluation criteria for postdoctoral research workstations are stringent. To be approved, companies must demonstrate strong research capabilities and academic excellence, with a robust portfolio of innovative projects—whether in theory or technology—that place them among the nation's leading organizations in corporate research and development. Establishing a postdoctoral workstation requires the applying institution to submit an official application. After an initial review conducted by the personnel departments of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, or by relevant ministries and agencies directly affiliated with the State Council, the application is forwarded to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS). Only after rigorous expert evaluation and final approval by the MOHRSS can the workstation officially become operational.
The approval of the postdoctoral research workstation sub-station is a strong recognition from the nation of Jiuzhitang Maker's outstanding capabilities in new drug R&D and talent cultivation. It will help refine the company’s mechanism for nurturing high-level talent, further accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and enhance the company’s independent innovation capacity and core competitiveness.
Jiuzhitang Maker will also take this opportunity to earnestly implement the nation’s various management systems and requirements for postdoctoral work. By aligning with the company’s specific circumstances, we will establish and refine a comprehensive postdoctoral management framework, providing top-tier scientific talent with excellent research conditions, a platform to showcase their expertise, and ample opportunities for career growth—ultimately contributing even more to driving innovation and development within the industry.
