Jiuzhitang Yonghe Qihang Fund signed Agreement on Equity Investment with Stemedica Cell Technologies, Inc.
On 15 May 2018, Jiuzhitang Co., Ltd. officially announced that Jiuzhitang Yonghe Qihang Fund signed Agreement on Equity Investment with Stemedica Cell Technologies, Inc. on May 11. As set forth in the Agreement, the M&A Fund would invest $70,000,000 in Stemedica in the form of capital increase, thus obtaining a 51% majority holding position of Stemedica.
